Return & Exchange Policy

At Spirit and Cloth, every piece is created just for you the moment your order is placed. Because each item is printed uniquely to your selection (size, color, and design), we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse.

However, we absolutely stand behind the quality and integrity of our work. If something isn’t right, we will make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

-Your order number

-A brief description of the issue

-A photo of the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Once verified, we will send a replacement immediately or issue a refund — your choice.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

-Incorrect size ordered

-Change of mind

-Disliking the fit, color, or design

-No longer wanting the product

Please refer to the sizing charts on each product page before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

-The item arrives damaged

-The item has a printing or manufacturing flaw

-The wrong product or size was sent due to a production error

-The package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

-You will never pay return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

-For all other reasons, returns are not accepted due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products.

How to Return

-Contact us at info@spiritandcloth.com within 30 days of delivery.

-We’ll provide a return label or clear instructions.

-Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your item.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
